2. Subscription Services

Sweet Box Club offers monthly candy subscription boxes. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Receive recurring monthly deliveries of candy boxes
  • Automatic billing on your chosen payment method
  • Subscription continues until cancelled by you
  • Box contents may vary each month based on availability
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
 

 

3. Billing and Payment

Payment terms for your subscription:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle
  • You are responsible for keeping payment information current
  • Failed payments may result in subscription suspension
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancel through your account settings or contact support
  • Cancellations must be made 5 days before your next billing date
  • You will continue to receive boxes until the end of your paid period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused subscriptions
  • Reactivation is available at any time


5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms and conditions:

  • We ship to addresses within the continental United States
  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
  • Contact support within 48 hours for damaged or missing items


6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent security or authentication measures
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Engage in fraudulent payment activities


7. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Box Club shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from allergic reactions (see allergen information)
  • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Issues with third-party service providers

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.

Our candy boxes may contain or have been processed in facilities that handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs. If you have severe allergies, please review product information carefully or contact us before ordering.
