1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Sweet Box Club, your happiness is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our candy boxes and want you to love every delivery.

If you’re not satisfied with your box for any reason, we’ll work with you to make it right. This policy outlines how we handle refunds and ensures transparency in our process.

 

2. Subscription Refunds

For monthly subscriptions:

  • First box: 50% refund available if you’re not satisfied with your first box 
  • Subsequent boxes: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis for quality issues
  • Cancellation: No refunds for partial months – service continues until end of paid period
  • Request window: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your box

To request a subscription refund, contact support with your order number and reason for the request.

 

3. Eligible Refund Situations

We provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Damaged items due to shipping (must report within 48 hours with photos)
  • Missing items from your box (contact us within 48 hours of reciept)
  • Incorrect items shipped (wrong box type sent)
  • Quality issues with candy (expired, melted, or contaminated products)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Personal taste preferences (“I didn’t like the candy selection”)
  • Late delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer
  • Gift subscriptions after the first box has shipped
  • Seasonal or limited edition boxes after they’ve shipped
  • Requests made after the 14-day window

For preference-related issues, we recommend exploring our different box types or customization options instead.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@sweetboxclub.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. For damaged/missing items, attach photos as proof
  4. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  5. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

 

6. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may prefer a replacement box:

  • Available for damaged, missing, or incorrect items
  • Replacement box ships within 2-3 business days
  • Option to switch to a different box type with your replacement
  • Faster solution than waiting for refund processing

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refund is processed within 5-7 business days
  • Additional 3-5 business days for refund to appear on your account
  • Bank processing times may vary by financial institution
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when refund is processed

If you don’t see your refund after 14 business days, contact your bank or our support team.

 

8. Gift Card Refunds

Gift cards are not refundable.
