Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we deliver your sweet boxes.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • All 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)

International shipping is not currently available but we’re working on expanding our reach!

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included in your subscription price:

  • Continental US: FREE standard shipping on all boxes
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Additional $5 per box
  • APO/FPO: FREE standard shipping
  • US Territories: Additional $7 per box

Express shipping options are available for an additional fee during checkout.

 

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Monthly boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of each month
  • Processing takes 1-2 business days
  • Gift cards and one-time purchases ship within 1-3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your box ships.

 

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 7-10 business days
  • APO/FPO: 10-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.

 

5. Order Tracking

Stay updated on your sweet delivery:

  • Tracking numbers are sent via email when your order ships
  • Track your package through our website or the carrier’s site
  • Updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment
  • Contact support if tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours
 

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery problems:

  • Lost packages: Contact us if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe
  • Damaged items: Report damage within 48 hours with photos
  • Wrong address: Verify your shipping address before each shipment date
  • Missing items: Contact support within 7 days of delivery

We’ll work with you to resolve any issues quickly. Replacements or refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

 

7. Address Changes

To ensure timely delivery:

  • Update your shipping address at least 5 days before your billing date
  • Address changes after shipment cannot be accommodated
  • Update your address through your account settings or contact support
  • Verify your address is complete with apartment/unit numbers if applicable
🎁 Holiday Shipping Notice

During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s), shipping times may be extended by 2-3 business days. We recommend ordering gift subscriptions at least 2 weeks before the holiday to ensure timely delivery. Holiday cutoff dates will be posted on our website.
